Overview
Our refund and exchanges policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Product prices will fluctuate, and the selling price will be determined at the time of ordering. If there are subsequent price adjustments or promotions, the price difference will not be refunded.
All product pictures are taken of actual products. Due to computer screen color difference, shooting lighting and other factors, there may be slight differences between the photos and the actual product. The actual product shall prevail and no returns or exchanges will be accepted.
Only regular priced items may be refunded/exchanged. Sale items cannot be refunded/exchanged.
Refunds
Once the order is confirmed, no refunds will be accepted for any reason except that the product is out of stock.
Once the refund is confirmed, it will be refunded to the original method of payment.
Under normal circumstances, the refund procedure will be processed within 5 working days. However, due to different refund processing times for different methods, the specific payment date must be confirmed by the bank.
